A metallic bronze teardrop shaped blister pearl sits at the top with a curled silver metal arm protruding from one side, threaded through a metallic silvery olive pearl and wrapped around a very dark burgundy pearl.

The silver metal adjustable ring band is very ornate, measuring 1.5cms wide tapering to a point.
